dear internet,
I’ve been trying to post pictures from my phone, from facebook, from instagram, and from my “skydrive” and none of them are working. I have led a charmed life lately and have all these adventures and some snacks to share. But for now, here are some highlights from Rotorua, NZ, where I spent the last couple days.
Obviously since I can’t access any of my photos, I didn’t take these.

Maori (Mow-ree) waka (canoe) demonstration (guy on the left hand side = super hot in real life)

zorbing – that ball has a few inches of water in it, and the person inside is sloshing around like a sock on the spin cycle. the balls are about 10 feet high.

this is a land luge. It was awesome.
i think i could like zorbing in a flat place
did you do that?
of course you did.
of course I did. there’s another track with a vertical drop that you can’t see and I tried that one too, but the zig zag track pictured above was my favourite.
zorbing is big in England, and you can zorb on a flat place at every summer fair. we did bumper-zorbing in Cambridge last summer.
That land luging looks fantastic!
